The biggest neighbourhood festival in Czechia. For one day, dozens of streets across the country close to traffic and turn into open‑air living rooms — no big stage, just lots of small ideas from the people who live here.

Creative workshops, plant swaps, obstacle courses… Whatever we dream up, we build together. The sky’s the limit.
Room for everyone
Whether you want to dance, create, meet the locals or just sit back and grill a sausage. Everyone fits in, and everyone’s welcome.

Zažít město jinak in Karlín is not run by paid pros. It is made by people from Karlín, for free, in their spare time. All you need is an idea — we will help with the rest.
